The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner killed the father of the informant by throttling him since the petitioner had illicit relationship with co-accused Bimal Das @ Bimal Prasad Das. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 13.1.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further the petitioner has been named merely on suspicion. It is also submitted that other co- accused has been granted bail by another bench of this Court, vide order dated 24.3.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.11075 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21396 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar, in Katihar Town P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
