Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.12.2015 on the accusation that one country made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghvendra Narain Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in Sachivalya P.S. Case no. 149/2015.
