The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the driver of the truck.

Consignment of 400 bags of flour was to be delivered to Sri Shyam Enterprises, Calcutta but the vehicle broke down in the way and the flour did not reach there. The owner of Shri Shyam Enterprises took out consignment of only 20 bags. The remaining bags he returned to the owner of the truck. The petitioner did not commit any breach of trust. Petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner
