JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No. 66 of 2015.
