JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 08.01.2016 on the accusation that she took the victim and called the main co-accused, who forcibly took away the victim and committed rape on her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as allegation leveled against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with POCSO case no. 02 of 2016 arising out of Beldaur P.S.Case No. 08 of 2016.
