JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 It has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners stating that in last paragraph of order dated 26.7.2019 it has inadvertently been mentioned as 'except the petitioner No.1' in place of 'petitioner No.4 as petitioner No.4 has been arrested and his application has been dismissed as withdrawn.
In such view of the matter, in last paragraph of the order dated 26.7.2019 'except the petitioner No.4' be read. It has also been submitted that in the address of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46493 of 2019(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 petitioners P.S. Riga has been mentioned in place of P.S. Runnisaidpur.
In such view of the matter, in the address of the petitioner P.S. Runnisaidpur be read.
