Injured, Muali Devi @ Sanjita Devi who was put on fire after pouring kerosene oil by petitioner, specifically alleged in her Fard-e-beyan, which subsequently, on account of her death, became dying declaration. That being so, petitioner does not deserve bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.
