The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.287 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information that Ajay Kumar was selling country made liquor near Sritola Water Tank. When the informant and other police officials went there, two persons started fleeing away. On chase, Ajay Kumar apprehended and from him, liquor was recovered. Rs.1970/- was also recovered from the possession of Ajay Kumar. Ajay Kumar is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner that he was also indulged in selling liquor but no such input was received by the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the fact that the name of the

No.46411 of 2019(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 petitioner figured by the so called disclosure made by Ajay Kumar who was arrested in selling liquor and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
