====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Pursuant to the direction given by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the authority along with the requisite documents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that it would suffice that if a direction is given to the authorities along with the Three Men Committee to decide the case of the petitioner as early as possible duly taking into consideration the representation as well as the documents filed by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 along with the Three Men Committee to dispose of the representation made by

4. It is needless to observe that before taking any decision the authority shall put the petitioner on notice and give him an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
