Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.8.2014 on the accusation that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession when he was caught along with other persons.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases including this case but some co-accused persons having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
