Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.17292 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 2/3 We notice that petitioner is not able to abide by the settlement dated 5th of December, 2020 (Annexure-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner be permitted to approach the respondent Bank giving a proposal for One Time Settlement, which the Bank should consider accounting for the attending circumstances, the hardship faced by the petitioner on account of the current pandemic Covid-19.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17292 of 2021 dt.24-01-2022 3/3 Well, it is always open for the petitioner to approach Respondent No. 5, namely, the Manager, Punjab National Bank, Branch Kudra, District- Bhabhua.

We are hopeful that as and when the proposal is submitted, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Petitioner undertakes to appear in the office of the said officer on 1st of February, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. and his request shall be positively considered within two weeks; We have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. All issues are left open.

The instant petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
