2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 354(B), 379, 385, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is of assault by means of Dabia on the head of the husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and both sides received injury. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. There is case and counter case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
