JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-07-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that from the Bajaj Pulsar Motorcycle bearing Registration No.BR06AY-2119, the quantity of liquor seized was 8.64 litres and from the Renault make four wheeler bearing Registration No.BR 06BC-0912, the quantity of liquor seized was 18 litres. As the quantity seized from the vehicles were less than the commercial quantity, we allow the prayer made in the application and direct for release of the aforesaid two vehicles on furnishing of two sureties each to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate concerned within one week from the date of furnishing the sureties, instead of releasing them on bank guarantee.

With the aforesaid modification in the order passed on

Patna High Court MJC No.1554 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 13.11.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 16255 of 2017, the application stands disposed of.
