JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is said to have been identified by the informant in Test Identification Parade and some looted articles are said to have been recovered on the basis of his confessional statement but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail either by this Court or by trial court itself.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
