ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 12.07.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui has allowed maintenance to the opposite party No.2 in Maintenance case No.74 (M) / 2011.
It is submitted that the petitioner will not be able to pay Rs.2400/- per month to the opposite party. He is ready to pay Rs.1500/- per month.
On the last occasion, notice was issued to the opposite party No.2 but none appears on their behalf.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the application is allowed to the extent that instead of Rs.2400/- per month, the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.193 of 2014 (5) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- from the date of application.
With the aforesaid modification in quantum, the application stands disposed of.
