JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One old Samsung mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but there is nothing in the impugned order to show that the aforesaid seized Samsung mobile was theft property. Moreover, except criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S.Case No. 194 of 2015.
