The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the statement made in the counter affidavit of the S.P. Vaishali that the victim girl has been recovered and considering the fact that the petitioner has not been named in the statement of the victim under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. even after recovery, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
