The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from the F.I.R. there is no eye witness to the occurrence and petitioners have been named on suspicion that they used to threat. However, except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-
