JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was forcibly kidnapped by the petitioner and his three friends and, after that, petitioner got solemnized marriage with her in court and again petitioner entered into her house with an intent to kidnap her but could not succeed. On 20.04.2015, she was forcibly taken away by the petitioner and, subsequently, she was dropped at Kolkata Railway Station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim was in love with petitioner and, as a matter of fact, she being married herself decided to leave her matrimonial home and to go

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with G.R.Case No. 719 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S.Case No. 75 of 2015.
