In the nature of dispute, notices had been issued to the opposite party no. 2 but none appears on her behalf. It has been submitted that the Opposite Party No. 2 has remarried and, therefore, she is not appearing. Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 18.4.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 160(C) of 2009 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, at Bihar Sharif, is hereby confirmed on the same terms and also that the
