The writ petition has been filed for taking appropriate action against the Ajay Kumar Singh, Clerk posted on deputation in the office of District Education Officer, Patna. This Court fails to understand that instead of bringing any irregularity of Ajay Kumar Singh before the appropriate authority, the petitioner has approached this Court. There is no merit in this case.
