The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that four persons committed theft of his motor cycle which was parked near his house. The informant and others caught petitioner No.1 and Md. Jabir who later on disclosed the name of Ramashankar Kumar @ Pandit (petitioner No.2) and Abhishek Kumar.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in custody since 03.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20979 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are in jail for more than four months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar Nagar P.S. Case No. 103/15.
