Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner shot fire on the deceased as well as informant, I am not inclined to release him on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S.
