JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose of the pending disciplinary proceeding within a period of four months from today and in case, the final order is not passed within the aforesaid period, the order of suspension shall be liable to be revoked. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to complete the departmental proceedings and pass a final order within a period of four months from today and in case, no final order is passed, the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.
