JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 07.07.2013/08.07.2013 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur West in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 124 of 2010, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 324, 307, 447, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Keeping in view of the fact that at the time of taking cognizance the Court has only to see the prima facie case hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the
