The petitioner is accused in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 279 of 2015, registered under Section 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that in course of patrolling, the petitioner was apprehended by the Police having country made pistol with a live cartridge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 06.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
