====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with P.R. P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 (Special Case No. 5010 of 2019) for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have clean antecedent. In the instant case total 12 ltrs of Beer was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court inclined to grant them bail. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Court, Patna, in connection with P.R.
