The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.
The prosecution case in, brief, is that on the self statement given by S.H.O., G.R.P. Barauni alleging therein that upon receipt of the information, the informant along with other police officials made a raid in the waiting hall of Garhara Railway Station and upon search 5 tables of At Van was recovered from the possession of the petitioner along with recovery being made from possession of the other co-accused.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.4.2014 and the charge sheet has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21377 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 been submitted in this case. Further it has been submitted that as per FIR five At Van tablets are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cumSpecial Judge, Begusarai, in N.D.P.S.Case No. 8 of 2014 arising out of Barauni Rail P.S.Case No. 62 of 2014.
