The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.175 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedents and there is delay in lodging the first information report, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58451 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
