Case No. 19 of 2020, instituted against the petitioner under sections 323, 341, 354(B), 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Both the parties have submitted that the matter has been compromised and O.P. No. 2 has received the entire money fixed as one time settlement. All the money have been paid in five installments.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the FIR of
