The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner by the villagers and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 29.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali in Vaishali P.S.
