JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 750 of 2024, the Director, Animal Husbandry, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order recommending grant of benefits of 1st A.C.P. to the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2006 and 2nd M.A.C.P. with effect from 01.01.2014, whereafter the monetary benefits have also stood paid to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 2,79,699/- and then the petitioner has filed a written statement

Patna High Court MJC No.2240 of 2024(5) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 before the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Muzaffarpur that all the outstanding amount has stood paid to the petitioner, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
