The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Cash of Allahabad Bank was looted away while cashier and other employees were carrying the cash. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and the police obtained his confessional statement but nothing has been recovered nor the petitioner was put on T.I. parade although he is in jail since 02.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20592 of 2015 (5) dt.03-09-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015.
