Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he along with his wife was running brothel from where, some women were caught.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court but unfortunately, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below in time and subsequently, he was arrested and remanded on 30-09-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances
