The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing of the order dated 18.6.2019, Annexure-3 whereby the petitioner has been asked to hand over charge of Incharge Headmaster to senior most teacher of the school. The Court does not find any merit in the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.14422 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 as the petitioner has no right to continue as Incharge Headmaster once the inter se seniority of the teacher has already been determined by the competent authority.
