Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondents to pay entire due arrear of salary to the petitioner which comes to the time on Rs. 14,03,118/- approximately from 1996 to uptill now due to Vth and VIth Pay Revision.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a Mandamus directing the respondent to pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.9313 of 2018 (2) dt.09-08-2018 12% interest upon the due amount from the date of its actual payment to the date of payment.

(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of a Mandamus directing the respondent to supply the detailed calculation chart head wise to the petitioner according to revised pay scale.

Considering the reliefs sought for, in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Registrar, L.N.M. University, Darbhanga (respondent No. 2) for redressal of his grievance. The respondent No. 2 shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of said representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
