JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 602 of 2014 arising out of Kesaria P.S. Case No. 02 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2014 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 29970 of 2014.

For the reasons recorded in the aforementioned order dated 11.09.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It has been contended that the matter is pending before the learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge, East

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21330 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Champaran Motihari and there is no progress in the trial of the case.

In that view of the matter, I direct the learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champapran , Motihari to take effective steps in order to ensure speedy trial of the case. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
