The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No.696 of 2017 registered under Sections 342, 323, 353, 384, 419, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he entered in the office of the Labour Enforcement Officer, Madhepura and attempted to assault the informant and created unruly scene for one hour thirty minutes and threatened to kill him, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61173 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 is rejected.
