The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghaty P.S. Case No.185 of 2014 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, police apprehended one Ajit Kumar, who disclosed the name of the petitioner to the effect that this petitioner had made available voter I-card for obtaining SIM card to him. Except that, there is nothing to show the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence. The petitioner having no

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Gaya, in connection with Sherghaty P.S. Case No.185 of 2014.
