This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5088 of 2022 through which petitioner has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, inadvertently, wrong facts have been mentioned in condition no. (ii), as imposed in the aforesaid order and requests to modify the same.

Accordingly, condition no.(ii), as imposed in the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5088 of 2022, be modified and same be read as:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67391 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 "(ii) That one of the bailors shall be Kanchan Devi, who is the sister of the petitioner and deponent of the present bail petition."

Hence, this modification petition is allowed, in the aforesaid terms.

The present order shall be treated as a part of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5088 of 2022. (Chandra Shekhar Jha, J) R.S.Sen/- U T
