2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026 dated 26.04.2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons assaulted the son of the informant initially, whereafter it is alleged that the co-accused Md. Shakil assaulted by means of iron rod on the head of the informant due to which he got badly injured and fell down on the ground.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

No.48796 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/3 that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and referring to injury report of the injured son of the informant, it has been submitted that the treating doctor has found no external injury on the body of the son of the informant, while there was tenderness on the parietal region of head and that injury has been specifically attributed to Md. Shakil, although the injury has been opined to be grievous in nature. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court A.C.J.M.-II, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026 subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
