JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 In pursuance to the earlier order of this Court dated 25.02.2023, the learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Sherghati, Gaya has produced a cheque for a sum of Rs.8,81,7,74/- drawn in favour of the petitioner, which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the Nagar Parishad, Sherghati, Gaya seeks liberty to recover the said amount from the defaulters/concerned contractor, in accordance with law.
Liberty so sought, is granted.
