Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The matter is of lover affair. As a matter of fact, the girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she on her own sweet will had gone with this petitioner and has got married with this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 170 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
