The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 225/2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. Some of the similarly situated accused persons have been released on regular bail by the court below. Since there was no injury report on the record

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3892 of 2021(3) dt.24-09-2021 2/2 when this bail application was disposed of by the court below, this Court had called for the case diary along with the injury report by order dated 30.07.2021. The case diary has since been received. The injuries suffered by the victims are simple in nature.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 30.07.2021, is hereby confirmed. They shall remain on the same bail bonds.
