Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is grandmother of husband of the victim. He submits that ornamentally all the family members including this aged widow has also been implicated by brother of the victim. It is further submitted that the marriage was solemnized way back in the year, 2010.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that offences are under Section 304B of Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49827 of 2019(6) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Considering the rival submissions, prayer for bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Maner Police Station Case No 198 of 2019 dated 19.04.2019 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code and also the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailors will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
