The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 212 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the petitioner is one of the named accused in the FIR and the statement made by the petitioner in para 3 of the petition that he has been made accused in at least three other
