The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped his daughter on 12.4.2014. She was recovered on 24.4.2014, but the informant did not lodge any case. The informant lodged the case on 7.11.2014 making allegation of kidnapping of his daughter against the petitioner. Even the statement of the victim girl was not recorded immediately after her recovery. Similarly situated co-accused Sunil Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.3724/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20824 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Basudewa O.P.) P.S. Case No.221 of 2014.
