2. By way of this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
(1) For issuance of any appropriate order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs directing the respondents concerned to provide security to the life and property of the petitioner as also to hold a proper inquiry and investigation of action done by the private respondents who are in
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1306 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 a conspiracy with other unknown miscreants and damaged the petitioner's house and looted silver, gold, Jewelries and cash along with other articles for which no action has been taken by the concerned respondents despite regular persuasion by the petitioner.
3. In view of the prayer of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Level Committee for protection. If any application is filed by the petitioner before the District Level Committee then the committee will act in accordance with law and take a decision on the application of the petitioner at the earliest.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
