The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No.544 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the wife of the petitioner committed suicide.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3580 of 2021(5) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 collusion with others killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
