The petitioner is accused in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016, registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26,35 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of recovery of one country made pistol loaded with one cartridge from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13613 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
